Input on
Recovery Services Survey is administered by staff in each program area. The people
we serve were encouraged to complete the survey on their own but were assisted
by staff if they needed help.Once the
surveys were completed, the individuals completing the survey placed them in
sealed envelopes and returned them to the Quality Improvement (QI) Department
where the results were entered into a data base.
The
survey was based on the adult version of the Mental Health Statistics Improvement Project (MHSIP) recommended by
CARF.This survey does more than evaluate the satisfaction with the
services provided it also has items that pertain to how the individual perceive
and experience the process of treatment planning and the role that they play in
determining goals and treatment.
